We are a small team, so replies may take a business day or two, but every message is read.
Before you write in
Many questions are already answered on our FAQ page or the how it works page, including how accuracy and rounding are handled. If your question is about a specific result, feel free to include the exact numbers you entered so we can check them quickly.
If you have found a calculation that looks wrong, that is the single most useful kind of message you can send us. Include the mode or tab you were using, the values you typed in, and the result you saw, and we will check it against the documented formula on the how it works page. Most reports turn out to be a units mix-up, but every so often someone catches a genuine edge case, and we would rather know about it than not.
Support hours
QuickWallet does not have live chat or phone support, but a small team reads and answers every message, usually within one business day on weekdays. Nothing is filtered through a ticketing system or an automated reply first.
